Responsibilities

 

 

 

· Develop and drive the B2B marketing strategy and tactics from awareness through to conversion to drive qualified prospects

· Own the B2B marketing roadmap outlining specific initiatives to target key audiences for each LifeScore Labs solution

· Oversee the content strategy to ensure engaging, relevant content for online channels including website, blog, landing pages, email, social media, that attract and convert our target groups to build a lead pipeline

· Supervise the content and output of all product marketing and client-facing sales programs from inception to delivery to ensure content is on relevant to important audiences and drives engagement

· Manage and provide input to all aspects of content management system administration, including workflows and approvals, maintaining user licenses, specifying rules for content, implementing new templates, training and overseeing divisional content contributors.

· Review effectiveness measures of marketing efforts in terms of ROI, profitability, customer satisfaction and loyalty and makes recommendations for improvements.

· Update and maintain client-facing websites to engage customers, optimize the experience and create a lead engine for business development team.

· Direct digital/social efforts to grow awareness and engagement with our content across social media accounts

· Strategize on channel approach, paid promotion opportunities including events and conferences and partnerships to propose a draft marketing budget

· Demonstrates superior presentation skills. Represents the company point-of-view in high-level presentations. Conducts long-term planning to determine the future direction of the organization.

· Manage strategic relationships with external agencies, technology vendors and internal press partners to align all marketing efforts

 

· Independently initiate and/or lead marketing programs, initiatives, promotions, or research projects.

 

Minimum Skills & Qualifications

· 7+ years of marketing experience including 3+ years of experience leading content marketing programs (preferably experience marketing technical solution)

· Digital marketing expertise including establishing KPIs to drive ROI, increasing organic presence in a competitive marketplace, demonstrating SEO best practice, managing SEM campaigns, social media marketing, email marketing and marketing automation

· Proven experience in identifying, defining and engaging B2B audiences

· Willingness to “roll up your sleeves” as needed to solve problems and find solutions

· Working knowledge of Hubspot and/or other relevant marketing automation platforms

· Experience managing creation of websites from ideation to launch including CX strategy, wire frames, content development, copy and lead capture techniques

· Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

· Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels and their impact on ROI

· Experience owning and managing email campaigns with expertise in A/B testing, personalization, segmentation and content to maximize success rates

· Self-starter with big picture perspective and a keen eye for detail

· Expert problem solving, project management analytical and quantitative analysis skills required.

· Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business-related or marketing field

· Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
