ABOUT THE TEAM
Servicing Path To Self Serve and DSP Transition clients of all verticals and sizes, the Programmatic Solutions Team is responsible for end-to-end execution of programmatic buys, from education and strategy, to post-campaign insights. The team is fast-paced, quickly growing, and performance-oriented.
WAYS YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
This position will report into the Group VP, Programmatic Solutions and will be responsible for managing a team of Programmatic Solutions Specialists that develop, execute, and optimize Path To Self Serve and DSP Transition media recommendations on behalf of clients. As the Dir, Programmatic Solutions, you will attend and contribute to client meetings when necessary, provide recommendations and ideas for optimizing campaign performance, and manage daily needs and education of the Specialists and Media Services Organization. You will also contribute by:
- Leading the Programmatic Solutions Specialists to align client objectives with KPIs that drive optimal campaign performance
- Guiding conversations and helping your team plan and execute Path To Self Serve and DSP Transition programmatic buys
- Developing strong partnership with the client development team and account leads
- Prioritizing client needs and being resourceful while finding solutions to solve client problems
- Contributing to the team's knowledge through identifying training needs and providing input for educational initiatives
- Delivering exceptional client service, with the ability to be the face of Basis Technologies to clients for specific accounts
- Conducting regular 1:1 meetings with direct reports and onboarding new hires
- Contributing to the team and Media Services Organization knowledge base through hands-on mentoring, training, participation in regional calls/meetings and meeting with publishers to maintain a strong understanding of the digital media industry
- Leading by example, supporting Basis Technologies' core values and positively contributing to the culture
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 5+ years of experience in programmatic buying
- Proven track record of leadership and mentoring
- Proven communication and negotiation skills
- Heavy attention to detail
- Proven organization skills
- Eager to learn
- Strategic thinking and proactive client servicing skills
- Strong issue resolution and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work well in a cross functional team environment
- Professional and advanced skills in Excel
