Job description
The CS Campaign Manager role is a specialist in engaging customers through digital channels with targeted content to support customer use cases. To be successful you must develop a deep understanding of the Atlassian customer journey from implementation to adoption and expansion. You will be responsible for developing strategic digital touchpoints and campaigns to meet a wide variety of customer needs. By taking a test and learn approach you will demonstrate how continuous improvement can drive results as your work guides customers through their journey.
In this role, you'll own the digital-first approach to Customer Success. Working hand in hand with Customer Success Managers and Content Developers to develop campaigns across products and solution areas. You'll deliver those campaigns in a high-volume high-velocity model with opportunities to design multivariate testing, driving data insights, and continuous improvements. Taking a critical data-driven approach you will constantly be monitoring and reporting on what's working and where we can make improvements to customer engagement. Whether the customer is establishing an Agile product delivery methodology, optimizing Developer Tools automation, building new teamwork communities, or improving IT services we are constantly building new content to drive customer outcomes.
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- 5+ years in campaign development and management with a preference for prior SaaS or scaled customer success experience
- Experience managing multivariate testing tools and multivariate based campaigns
- Experience in the use of enterprise grade email automation tools (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Gainsight, etc)
- Experience designing engagement campaigns based on the customer use case, value stream, or cohort segmentation
- Rock-solid work and time management in a high volume environment
- A data-driven approach to campaign measurement and optimization with demonstrated success delivering best practices to customers at scale via digital channels
- Interest in working collaboratively with content developers and Customer Success Managers to understand and develop nuanced customer personas and journeys
- Demonstrated success delivering complex campaign and content ecosystems with a strong understanding of branched campaigns and tailored just in time triggers
- A collaboration based, data-driven attitude to understanding and solving customer challenges
It's great but not required if you have:
- Experience with one of the following: DevOps and automation, continuous integration, agile ways of working, real-time collaboration, or IT service management
