Community Boost is looking to welcome a highly motivated, Digital Specialist to the Client Service team. This role will report directly to the Director of Digital and collaborate with Community Boost's consultants (account managers) to build, launch, and optimize YouTube and Display campaigns for our nonprofit partners. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to jump right in and lead the team's strategy in these channels.

Your day-to-day:

• Lead strategy in Youtube & Display across our client services team
• Mentor other digital team members working in these channels. This looks like: supporting team training; running office hours to scale learning across the team; having mentees that can shadow and learn best practices from you. 
• Work directly with the Director of Digital to continue to innovate these channels to drive the highest impact possible for our nonprofit partners. 
• Consistently meet and exceed client pacing metrics and digital marketing objectives.
• While working on multiple accounts, you effectively prioritize your work day, meet deadlines, and produce excellent deliverables.
• Bring a systems mindset every day to problem solving for the Community Boost team.

What you bring:

• 1-2 years' agency experience
• 2+ years of digital marketing experience, specifically within campaign creation and strategy development
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• An undeniable passion for digital marketing and the nonprofit space.
• Diverse perspective and a collaborative spirit.

Relevant details:

• Starting salary band: $50,000 to $73,000
