Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise of marketing technologies such as social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email and design techniques
  • Demonstrated expertise of project management systems and digital asset management systems
  • Experience training, mentoring, and guiding teams


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent competency in marketing or a related field
  • Project Management Professional Certification


Job Summary

As a Senior Product Marketer, you'll ensure that market and product insights align with business goals. You'll develop product positioning, create market plans, and work alongside cross-functional teams to execute marketing efforts. In this role, you'll assess the outcomes of market plans and drive performance through the leverage of the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies with business area leaders that align and provide value to company objectives
  • Leverage market research to inform of marketing strategies and develop knowledge of audience needs and wants
  • Develop, maintain, and inform product positioning and detailed briefs, outlining what we are bringing to market, the targeted audience, defining tactics and communication channel measures of success
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and investment decisions into actionable marketing plans; inclusive of seeking budget approval, anticipated outcome of marketing campaign and present on how it performed
  • Understand client journey, including awareness of specific communications a select audience has seen prior to a given direction and what they will see afterward
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct trade-off analyses and inform priority of marketing efforts
  • Write briefs for the performance, brand and creative marketing teams which define tactical and communication channel measures of success
  • Approve creative concepts to ensure alignment with marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with others to analyze marketing performance metrics, ensuring continued success to marketing goals
  • Leverage expertise of the brand and performance marketing teams to identify testing opportunities, optimize marketing communications, and to incorporate findings into future communications
  • Train, mentor and guide other Product Marketers
