Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3 years of product marketing, campaign management, and/or product management experience
  • Experience driving product value proposition and developing product positioning
  • Experience bringing new products, experiences, or audiences to market


Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B or B2B2C experience
  • Highly collaborative, outspoken, team player, strong influencer and relationship builder
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver high-quality written and verbal content
  • Deep desire to understand the audience through both qualitative and quantitative means
  • Ability to make the complex simple - succinctly synthesize information, complex data and/or technical capabilities in a way that will resonate with target audiences
  • Experience with sales enablement
  • Familiarity with current and emerging product marketing strategies and tactics


Job Summary

As a Digital Product Marketer, you'll use audience, market and product insights aligned with business goals to develop product positioning, go-to-market plans, and product marketing campaigns. This is an opportunity to take products to market in bold, creative ways that drive adoption, engagement, and monetization. You'll assess outcomes of go-to-market planning using key performance indicators and drive business performance by leveraging the objectives and key results framework.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of product positioning for product and feature releases and differentiate releases based on a deep understanding of product, audiences, and competitive environment
  • Work with the product, sales, and research teams to become the expert on the audience journey
  • Own launch planning to ensure successful launches for products and features
  • Partner with Product to plan the launch of new and enhanced product and feature releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
  • Develop materials to inform sales and training teams' output, enabling the sales team to effectively communicate the value prop to target audiences
  • Build close alliances with product and sales teams for feedback loops to inform positioning, identify new and better approaches to the teams' work
