The personalization imperative for Truist revolves around enabling our Marketing efforts with robust client and consumer data, connecting that data to our marketing touchpoints, and communicating effectively to consumers in a timely, relevant manner based on deeply understanding those consumers.
This role will work with the Performance Marketing and Personalization (PM&P) team to support overall business strategies and tactical priorities, including budget planning and management, performance reporting and forecasting, data visualization and communications, program prioritization, and general business support for the overall group (e.g., structuring, managing and driving meeting routines, preparation, and follow-ups). The ideal candidate will be able to roll up their sleeves and both accurately track details as well as help tie back to the big picture. Main KPIs are project related - adherence to budget, forecast development and adherence, routine readiness, and program documentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ownership of overall team budget, including appropriate forecasting and adherence
  • Help manage PM&P Marketing annual planning process, including both budget and program-level detail, across channel teams
  • Support teammates in developing and managing process, framework and routines around channel and program-level initiative prioritization, including resource capacity, tying back to channel, product, and audience goals
  • Help drive effective PM&P communications and data visualization, including executive communications as well as for the broad Marketing and other enterprise groups
  • Support team efforts to develop requirements for, and enable, effective self-service data access tools
  • Drive business support for PM&P, including structuring, preparing, managing, and following up on ongoing routines (e.g., staff meetings, planning sessions, business performance reviews, and others), including agendas, action records, minutes, accountabilities, and progress
  • Effectively communicate strategies with peers, business partners and marketing leaders
  • Collaborate across the marketing team to enable partnership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical and product/channel marketing teams to create innovative

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent education and related training
  • Five years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience managing projects or project work streams as an Individual Contributor
  • Knowledge of the industry's competitive landscape and the factors that differentiate Truist and its competitors in the market
  • Ability to interpret and explain complex information to a range of audiences and build consensus among different stakeholders
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Tableau, Micro Strategies, Datorama, or other data visualization tools
  • Experience with financial reporting and/ or budget management
  • Demonstrated ability to apply Agile Marketing methodologies and processes to large enterprise, cross-functional teams.

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS

Visual / Audio / Speaking
Able to access and interpret client information received from the computer and able to hear and speak with individuals in person and on the phone.
Manual Dexterity / Keyboarding
Able to work standard office equipment, including PC keyboard and mouse, copy/fax machines, and printers.
Availability
Able to work all hours scheduled, including overtime as directed by manager/supervisor and required by business need.
