Who we are & why we’re hiring

Twilio powers real-time business communications and data solutions that help companies and developers worldwide build better applications and customer experiences.

Although we're headquartered in San Francisco, we're on a journey to becoming a globally antiracist company that supports diversity, equity & inclusion wherever we do business. We employ thousands of Twilions worldwide, and we're looking for more builders, creators, and visionaries to help fuel our growth momentum.

About the job

This position is needed to manage programmatic display and video advertising and strategy execution. You will own the day-to-day management of programmatic via GDN, Discovery, YouTube, and more. By growing and stimulating our top of funnel prospects, you will directly contribute to our company’s large growth goals.

The right candidate for this role is a proven marketing technologist and strategist who possesses a start-up mentality, is highly analytical and results-driven, and can quickly uncover new opportunities to optimize and test. This candidate also enjoys cross-functional collaboration and is interested in working with global teams. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Managing large budgets to positive ROI goals. Leverage excellent organizational skills and multitask across teams, projects and priorities.

  • Bring strong analytical skills and experience driving campaign performance for measurable results. You enjoy digging into the data for actionable insights to improve your campaigns.

  • Improve workflows for increased efficiency with a process-minded approach. You find working in the ad platforms themselves invigorating and are always looking for the next opportunity for campaign optimization.

  • Test new approaches with intellectual curiosity; innovate and continually improve channel performance.

  • Tackling complex problems. You are encouraged to act as an owner, and drive cross-functional teams towards common goals.

  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment; own and design programs; have goals and responsibilities that are critical to the success of our Marketing team and company at large.

Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. Twilio values diverse experiences in other industries, and we encourage everyone who meets the required qualifications to apply. While having “desired” qualifications make for a strong candidate, we encourage applicants with alternative experiences to also apply. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience. An “owner” with 3+ years of experience in hands on display and video advertising, media buying, and brand lift studies, ideally at a B2B Tech company (or client).

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, Heap preferred.

Desired:

  • Experience with audio, podcasts, CTV, streaming video, and/or influencer campaigns is a plus.
