The Digital Marketing Operations Senior Manager/Manager will be responsible for the successful management, execution and optimization of the Galleri.com website including SEO and SEM. This position reports to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing Operations and will support B2B (Employers, Health Care Providers, Health Systems, and Health Plans) and Consumer/Patient marketing teams. The candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization with high expectations on quality of deliverables. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional seeking to join a high-performing mission-driven team. 

You will:

  • Support product marketing leads in developing and implementing impactful digital tactics. Lead day-to-day execution of digital campaigns, tactics and programs to drive website traffic, product sales, and other business objectives
  • Lead the scrum process to implement every other week sprint releases
  • Develop channel metrics and corresponding benchmarks to assess value through analytics, measure success, and recommend campaign optimization based on results.
  • Lead and report on Marketing Automation programs to highlight opportunities for enhancement to improve metrics & KPIs
  • Maintain view of latest practices and tools across the industry to identify and drive best practice recommendations. Be a subject matter expert in UX/UI and a penchant for testing
  • Lead external partners and vendors including media, digital, and creative agencies as needed
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing leads, Corporate Communications, Regulatory, Product Management, Clinical Development, and other Commercial functions to enable optimal campaign execution 

Your Background should Include

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; MBA is preferred
  • 7+ years experience in Digital Marketing at a healthcare start up having targeted the audiences mentioned above
  • Experienced with Agile methodology. Certification is preferred. Experience participating in a Scrum team and handling a backlog
  • Must be familiar with Craft CMS and have some front end development skills - Java and CSS
  • Experience running and optimizing SEM campaigns in Google and Bing. Plus, experience with SEO optimization tools such as SEMRush, Screaming Frog or Ahrefs.
  • Google Analytics expertise along with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Cloud Console. Heat mapping tools such as Hotjar or Crazy Egg
  • Experience executing SMS and Chat programs
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms and how they interact with a site - Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong project leadership and management skills ideally using JIRA
  • Technical competency combined with an eye for design and maintaining brand guidelines. Nice to have Illustrator, Photoshop and Adobe Spark experience.
  • Shown ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to get results in a matrixed, fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Track record of challenging the status quo and demonstrating passion for breakthrough ideas
  • Should have a passion to implement and drive for results but able to realize when lack of process is impeding results and be driven to create processes.
