Position Overview
As a key contributor in the Autodesk Digital Media Center (DMC), you will assess, improve, and lead key digital advertising operations with emphasis on audience activation by our paid media marketers from our current DMP, Adobe Audience Manager. In addition, you will assess our "in house agency" operational needs providing input to our operational technology partners and empowering DMC's adoption of additional audience and journey orchestration technology as the Autodesk MarTech stack matures.

The position requires working knowledge of paid digital media, DMP/CDP technologies, audience governance, audience opportunity identification and journey orchestration with strong preference to experience in a digital advertising agency environment. This is a global role and will support multiple markets in different time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Defines and executes overall enablement roadmap of MarTech like Adobe Audience Manager and customer journey orchestration platforms within the Digital Media Center
  • Creates and delivers operating framework for briefing, advising, approving and ongoing governance of DMP audiences within the DMC and with Autodesk marketing stakeholders preventing overlapof target audience across all campaigns, industries, and account types
  • Facilitates training on systems, procedures, and best practices for DMC operations
  • Ensures DMP campaign audience activation, capacity for audience testing and supports journey orchestration proof of concept tasks within the Digital Media Center
  • Enables the identification of audience segment opportunities and the activation of valuable segments across the DMC in multiple media channels
  • Works with Autodesk Marketing Operations & Technology as point of contact for DMC strategy and related technical requirements for audiences and activation across media channels
  • Is the primary point of contact between DMC and Marketing Operations Technology when it comes to technical issues, backlog of requirements and refinements to DMP and other onboarded MarTech for the DMC
  • Hosts quarterly audience insights and enablement progress meetings across DMC, stakeholders, and MOT



Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years hands-on experience with paid media platforms (in-platform) and MarTech solutions (i.e., audience, personalization, journey, automation, AI) preferably in media agency operations or medium to enterprise size internal digital media marketing organization
  • 3+ years of audience segmentation working with Adobe Audience Manager (preferred) and/or other leading DMP technology
  • Track record defining operational vision and executing in matrixed organization with many stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Very comfortable with numbers and analytics - data-driven approach to problem solving with experience in Adobe Analytics and Power BI
  • Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, ambiguous, and event-driven environment



Preferred Qualifications

  • High-level of awareness of multiple paid media and marketing technology solutions such as Adobe Experience stack (analytics, Audience Manager, CDP), Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Marketo, DV360, Quantcast, ABM-solutions like 6Sense, and Google-DCM
