MISSION

We are seeking a Swagstronaut with extensive experience in designing and executing digital marketing programs that address each stage of the buyer’s journey. The person in this role must be data-driven and will be responsible for creating customer-centric experiences that drive qualified leads and attributed pipeline. You will deliver exceptional, contemporary digital experiences with strong relevant content mapped to the customer owned journeys that increases lead generation and direct business impact for SwagUp. May be involved in setting strategies for use of digital approaches throughout the marketing lifecycle.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage full-funnel digital demand-generation and awareness campaigns/activities across various channels, including but not limited to paid social (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook), SEM (Google AdWords), email, and display advertising

  • Execute on strategy to boost our social media channels' audience (Tiktok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, LinkedIn)

  • Day-to-day management of PPC channel (Google Ads Primarily, expansion into others)

  • Email marketing campaigns optimized to increase engagement metrics through ABM / Outbound

  • Strategize with executive team on SEO to deliberately increase organic traffic

  • Explore new digital channels such as affiliate programs, outreach influencers

  • Oversee the editorial calendar and publish content to the relevant channels

  • Follow and promote a test-and-learn culture to constantly find new opportunities for growth and optimization

  • Oversee creation of marketing assets (e.g., banners, videos) for platform-wide, cross-franchise promotions

  • Develop clear and detailed reports to communicate campaign performance against KPIs

  • Proactively provide insights and recommendations to optimize and improve digital results and to implement new tactics and strategies to test

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of related experience, leading campaigns across various digital channels for a B2B technology company (preferably SaaS-based)

  • Experience working with key digital channels, tools, and platforms (such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, 6Sense ABM platform)

  • Able to tell a story with data, and articulate what's working and what's not, and provide recommendations for improvement

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize and get things done

  • Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)

  • Strong organizational skills and analytical approach with very strong attention to details

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Analyze and report on the lead funnel and buyers journey – where are they stuck, what can we do to accelerate / remove blockers

  • Report on Promoters, drive retention, and create lift for NPS, alongside Growth Leadership

  • Analyze, Report, Strategize Organic Growth Plans, measured by traffic, conversions, webflow.

  • Reporting and Analyzing Revenue Based KPI’s such as CPA, LTV, MC-ROI, and more.

  • Driving Social KPI’s such as Engagement, Mentions, AGR, etc.

  • Report and Drive Lead Gen, Website and Traffic Metrics (organic), SEO optimizations, analyze and report on paid advertising, and track social media.
