Job Overview
This position supports a broader digital marketing team with campaign execution needs across channels including, but not limited to email marketing, website content management, paid search, display and paid social media advertising. This position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing within the Demand Generation team. You should be detailed-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks across a variety of digital marketing platforms.
*This position will report to our Charlotte, NC headquarters.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with fellow digital marketers, campaign, brand marketing and internal creative teams to execute campaigns that include digital channel solutions as part of a holistic brand to demand campaign strategy.
  • Support the setup and execution of digital marketing campaigns in platforms such ad Google Ads and LinkedIn, among others.
  • Work with external vendors to execute digital marketing campaigns and drive channel optimization strategies to ensure full utilization and increased exposure.
  • Conduct competitive research for demand generation and campaign development purposes utilizing industry tools.
  • Manage website content within WordPress.
  • Project manage and traffic development of campaign execution tactics.
  • Provide QA support for emails, landing pages, web content, ads, etc.

Required Experience, Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience working in digital platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, WordPress, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work autonomously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to comfortably communicate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • You're an analytical thinker. You make decisions based on data & can provide examples of howyou've used data in the past to drive predictable, repeatable & scalable growth from marketing campaigns, A/B testing design and analysis (You're not afraid of a PivotTable!)
  • You think outside the box and have experience building productive cross-functional relationships andcollaborating to identify opportunities for growth.



Preferred Experience, Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital campaign management and channel analysis, preferably in an agency setting
  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
