The Role
You are an experienced digital marketer and high-impact self-starter who has hands-on experience in paid search, SEO, display and paid social channels. Digital marketing manager will be responsible for developing and executing tactics in partnership with an outside agency across every funnel stage at a global level. In this highly collaborative role, the manager will partner with key stakeholders across marketing teams such as product, content, integrated marketing and demand generation to develop paid media strategies aligned to business objectives. In addition to managing paid media channels, you will work closely with website optimization manager to own landing page development and optimization to support your channels.
Manage all activities related to channels under management including roadmap development, testing, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, landing page optimization, etc.
Monitor and track channel performance to goals, identify areas of opportunity and implement optimization tactics.
Actively manage digital channel budget and strategy in collaboration with the media agency and internal teams.
Own a broad range of campaigns that support the team’s strategic areas of focus, and deliver ongoing performance improvements to traffic, leads, site engagement, etc.
Collaborate and partner successfully with content marketers on development, amplification and SEO optimization.
Partner with a Global integrated marketing and Demand Generation teams on development and execution of paid media strategies aligned to specific business goals, programs and objectives.
Maintain paid media KPIs and metrics dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities; report on these metrics regularly and adjust tactics to improve performance.
Develop monthly and quarterly reporting cadence to senior leadership to provide programs visibility and business contribution.
Manage one direct report.
About You
You have a minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working directly on at least two of the channels: paid search, display, paid social, or SEO.
Familiar with all major digital platforms, their capabilities and optimization tactics.
Directly set up and managed campaigns utilizing at least two of these platforms: LinkedIn, Facebook, DV360, Google Ads.
Experience deploying tactics for demand gen and lead gen programs at scale.
Strong understanding of marketing and sales funnel metrics having worked in a B2B sales oriented organization.
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities, campaigns, and stakeholders to support business goals.
A team player and a strong collaborator, who is ready to jump in and help with an ability to communicate across all levels and teams.
