Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Manager is a great opportunity for a seasoned marketing consultant looking for an opportunity to grow and help others grow. You will lead and support SEO and paid media engagements for multiple clients across various solution offerings, including paid media strategy, SEO strategy, content strategy, analysis & insight generation, dashboard & report development, implementation, governance, program and process design and management, and end-to-end digital marketing program support. We’re looking for someone that would provide leadership for our digital marketing team, supporting others in their professional growth and developing a strategic mindset. 

What you need to have 

• 5+ years of experience supporting digital marketing initiatives in a consulting environment.
• Expertise in at least two of the following: Paid Media, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Content Strategy, Social Media Strategy. 
• Proven leadership experience, including coaching, professional development of others, and more. 
• Certification or equivalent experience in at least one of the following tools: Google AdWords, SEMRush, or Screaming Frog. 
• Highly prefer an additional certification in any of the following: AdWords Editor, Bing Ads Editor and Facebook Power Editor, Google Analytics, Google My Business, Adobe Analytics.)
• Bonus Points! Experience in any of the following: email marketing, affiliate marketing, Amazon marketplace, UX skills.

 What you’ll be doing 

• Manage budget, timelines, and deliverables to ensure the team is achieving business impact goals.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in both good and challenging situations.
• Actively participates in business development activities, including client pitches, estimating work and creating project plans.
• Create trusted partnerships with clients in order to consistently extend and expand our business relationships.
• Develop sustainable solutions to share knowledge and experiences within the team.
• Build the expertise of our team through mentoring, training, and sharing best practices.
