WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Create and manage our paid digital strategy and execution to achieve pipeline targets.
- Define paid digital resourcing needs and manage agency and vendor relationships.
- Manage paid campaign setup, testing, deployment, and reporting, including measurement and tracking to performance metrics.
- Work closely with Product Marketing to develop a deep empathy for our enterprise buyers across relevant personas and industries.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, Sales, RevOps, and other teams to ensure that our messaging is consistent and on-brand at every touchpoint.
- Report out on program results, presenting to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience and track record of success in prior paid digital, demand gen, or growth roles at a fast growing technology company.
- Mastery of paid digital channels, tools, and best practices, specifically for a B2B, enterprise-focused model.
- Familiarity with enterprise marketing/sales funnels and ABM strategies.
- A fundamental desire to continuously measure, iterate, and improve programs and processes. SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
- Passion for game-changing, category defining products.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where resourcefulness is important.
- Must have experience working with Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Linkedin Campaigns and Facebook Ads
- Experience with with Marketo, Salesforce, Terminus/Demandbase/similar ABM tool is a PLUS
