TigerConnect, the leader in clinical collaboration and communication technology, is looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager. Part of the growth marketing team, the position works with go-to-market (GTM) campaign owners to evaluate and execute digital marketing opportunities and programs in support of brand, demand, and client lifecycle campaigns.
From search engine marketing (SEM) and optimization (SEO) to performance marketing and conversational marketing, this role will execute a variety of programs leveraging modern revtech and strong creative thinking.
What you’ll do to contribute to TigerConnect success:
- Collaborate with campaign leads to make digital a key part of multi-channel growth strategies. Bring creative ideas, timelines, and processes to fully embed digital programs within our integrated marketing campaigns. Be accountable for outcomes!
- Leverage SaaS practices to execute innovative marketing programs in support of GTM campaigns across prospects and clients.
- Implement, measure, and optimize digital programs, including SEM, content syndication, e-newsletters, and online advertising.
- Research opportunities to expand and improve organization’s digital presence and reputation. Experiment to bring new outlets and channels into the mix and run, test, and learn to improve performance of existing channels.
- Monitor the digital footprint of competitors and ensure TigerConnect has a corresponding (or better) digital presence.
- Be a source of truth on digital performance. Partner with the reporting & analytics team for impact tracking, and measure and report on performance of digital campaigns, programs, and channels.
What you bring to TigerConnect:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent education and training
- 2+ years of experience working in a B2B software marketing environment in a similar role
- Relevant experience in creating, implementing, and measuring B2B marketing programs to acquire, expand, and retain audiences
- Data-driven performance, with solid experience leveraging Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO tools (Google Certification is a plus)
- Innovative, growth mindset: you are constantly listening, learning and bringing new ideas gleaned from the best-performing SaaS companies. You’re a fast learner with excellent strategic judgment and problem-solving ability
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and results-driven self-starter with ability to drive projects from inception to execution. Highly adaptive to rapidly changing environments and strong ability to prioritize
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to write clear, concise, and impactful copy
- Excellent creative and interpersonal skills to inspire internal teams and industry partners
- Experience with intent data tools (Bombora) and/or ABM tools a plus
- Healthcare-related industry experience is a plus
