We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to increase awareness of Galileo, grow sales pipeline and drive lead conversion. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing and measuring integrated digital marketing campaigns (e.g. website SEO, paid media, email, display advertising, social media). The ideal candidate is a self-starter with B2B financial services marketing experience (financial technology experience is preferred), and will report to the Director of Marketing. 


What you’ll do:

  • Develop, implement and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote Galileo’s platform and solutions, drive website traffic and acquire leads 
  • Brainstorm and test new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal/agency teams to upgrade website content and design, create landing pages and optimize user experience 
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and touchpoints
  • Test, measure, analyze and report campaign and ad performance to optimize marketing funnel
  • Collaborate and manage agencies and external vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for adoption where appropriate

What you’ll need:

  • 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience in financial services, payments or fintech 
  • Proven track record of delivering digital marketing campaigns that drive sales growth and conversions  
  • Strong understanding of performance driven marketing best practices 
  • Experience in paid media, email marketing, social media, online acquisition, media planning, marketing operations (e.g. CRM, AdOps, Data) 
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Solid knowledge of using website and marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and more) to optimize marketing campaigns  
  • Strong working knowledge of WordPress, Salesforce and Marketo 
  • Strong copywriting, editing, campaign-building skills 
  • Excellent verbal communications skills 
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Self-starter with ability to work with a distributed team
