Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities (THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE ROLE)
• Supports Telesales optimizations through data-driven insights, including decisions around staffing, productivity, operational efficiency and lead routing
• Leads initiative to automate all Telesales reporting
• Acts as an extension of our Telesales team, supporting all key projects and initiatives with data-driven recommendations
• Partners with data engineering to develop and groom key data sets
• Develops and maintains a balanced scorecard to evaluate agent performance across multiple KPIs
• Manages complex marketing and telesales analysis and socializes key insights and actions
• Identifies and recommends enhancements to data sources and KPI definitions
• Excellent social, oral and written communication skills
• Defines leading and lagging indicators of performance in conjunction with key stakeholders
• Partners with marketing stakeholders to make full selling-funnel optimizations
• Identifies and mitigates impact of Telesales capacity constraints on growth, particularly in peak season
• Performs internal stakeholder management and manages external vendor relationships as necessary
Qualifications
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 5+ years of marketing or telesales analytics experience in a dynamic, data-driven environment
• Proficient in SQL, Data Visualization Software and Excel; experience in Looker preferred
• Excellent social, oral and written communication skills
• Solutions-oriented with a high sense of urgency
• High level of critical thinking, with an ability to distill and understand the drivers of complex business problems
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and build close relationships within and across teams
• Ability to work with agility, prioritize effectively, and delegate as necessary
• Passion to deliver the best possible experience to our customers
• Obsession with zero-defect output: build checks and processes to mitigate opportunity for error
• Understanding of test design
• Ability to motivate and hold others accountable
