The Challenge
Qualtrics is looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to join our Marketing team. This marketer will manage online advertising campaigns and always-on initiatives to drive awareness, quality leads, and pipeline growth.
The Expectation for Success
We’re looking for someone with a true ownership mindset and passion for analytics to own paid social promotions to our existing and expanding markets on LinkedIn, Meta, and other social platforms. Through careful testing and data-driven optimizations, you’ll generate demonstrably ROI-positive leads and fuel growth for various product lines. As the Paid Social Lead, you’ll proactively seek out new opportunities for customer acquisition and growth while maintaining channel efficiencies.
A Day in the Life
- Own paid social growth strategy & program roadmap
- Manage and maximize multi-million dollar advertising budget
- Day-to-day optimizations for continuous improvement including: campaign intake, campaign builds, bid management, target audiences definition, ad copywriting, A/B testing, budget forecasting, campaign reporting, and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage expertise and maximize campaign results (content, creative, website, ABM, industry leads, etc.)
- Track paid social channel performance through definition of goals, tracking events, lead generation form integrations and conversion triggers
- Provide recommendations to key stakeholders based on paid media expertise, current trends, and business priorities
- Develop strong relationships with external agencies to build a best-in-class paid social program
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience actively managing ads on LinkedIn and Facebook
- Expert on ad copywriting, creative best practices, and audience segmentation
- Comfortable using Excel and Google Analytics to analyze data, extract insights, and present recommendations to influence strategic decisions
- Experience with B2B marketing, A/B testing, and website optimization
- High attention-to-detail and strong time management skills
- Proven ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
- College degree required
- Experience with paid search, display, content syndication or ABM is a plus
