Job Overview

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager, specializing in digital media and advertising, that will drive demand and revenue growth through the optimization of AvidXchange's digital media strategy.
This position includes evaluating new channels for expanded exposure and new opportunities, auditing and optimizing current digital channels to drive effectiveness (conversion rates) and efficiency reduce cost per acquisition) and outlining the necessary steps to meet aggressive growth targets. Responsibilities also include tactical oversight of the creative execution to support digital media campaigns as well as performance analytics monitoring and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a variety of native platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will also have experience planning and buying digital media within other paid media channels including programmatic advertising, display networks, trade publications, and content syndication, among others. This includes managing our network of preferredmedia vendors and bringing on/expanding into new channel opportunities.
Job Responsibilities•
- Act as subject matter expert for digital media channels including strategic relevance, audience targeting, execution requirements, effective positioning, and competitive landscapes.
- Work closely with campaign marketing and marketing communications teams to develop paid media campaign strategy that leads with digital media as part of a holistic strategy.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to execute digital advertising campaigns and drive channel optimization strategies to ensure full funnel optimization. This includes campaign set up, optimization and ongoing management inside of native digital ad platforms such as Google Adsand LinkedIn.
- Conduct competitive research for demand generation and campaign development purposes utilizing industry tools.
- Conduct keyword research and planning for paid search campaign needs.
- Identify new media channel opportunities to reach our target audience.
- Manage the construction of strategic digital media campaigns from the ground up.
- Forecast performance of digital campaigns based on expected impression share, budget, and competitive environment.
- Monitor and report on digital campaigns while making recommendations to improve performance where warranted including, but not limited to, ROI reporting, CPL analysis, and channel efficacy.
Job Requirements and Skills
- 3+ years of experience in digital media strategy, planning and execution/buying with specific experience in paid search, paid social, display and remarketing channels.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns in a B2B setting with a track record of innovation and marketing experimentation, with clear examples of ways you've successfully driven demand that were different from the status quo.
- Experience working in an agency is highly preferred.
