Job Description

We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our team to lead program management, execution, and growth of our Digital Marketing agenda.  In this role you will own the operations of all digital channels including Paid Search, Click-based Outbound, Paid Social, and Digital Display.  You will be responsible for developing a strategic roadmap to optimize existing digital marketing channels, and expand into new ones - while also managing campaigns, executing against a test & learn agenda, and exploring new avenues for growth.  You will directly manage digital marketing specialists and media agencies across the channel suite, working closely with Analytics, Tech, and Brand Marketing to deploy effective Digital Marketing strategies and grow our acquisition program. 

In this role, you will
  • Lead execution and growth of our existing Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display acquisition programs
  • Keep up with the evolving digital advertising landscape, and identify new opportunities and channels for growth
  • Develop reporting, analysis, and socialization of key metrics and performance indicators in close partnership with analytics teams
  • Partner with analytics, operations, and engineering teams to develop and refine our targeting and segmentation strategy and capabilities
  • Foster a customer-based learning agenda to better understand our customers and target segments
  • Improve our go-to-market processes for sustainable and well-managed execution
  • Develop ad copy, CTA’s, imagery and video, and landing pages to drive a Test & Learn growth agenda
You should have
  • At least 5 years of digital growth marketing experience, with demonstrated ability to drive profitable client acquisitions and revenue growth
  • Exceptional sense of ownership and initiative at a strategic and operational level
  • Track record of high-quality execution and process improvement
  • Proficiency with modern digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, Microsoft Ads, Google Display Network, etc)
  • Proficiency with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and/or SQL 
  • Understanding of website infrastructure and attribution methodologies
  • Strong analytical ability including ability to interpret data, develop hypothesis, and design customer experience experiments 
  • Ability to effectively communicate and influence audiences across the organization
  • BS / MS - quantitative disciplines (Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering) preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Financial services experience
  • SQL experience
  • Experience with Google Discovery Ads
  • Experience with Website Strategy, Analytics, and SEO
  • Experience in direct/database marketing
