Job Description The Martech, Analytics & Insights (MAI) Team is an inspiring and curious team dedicated to driving marketing strategy, executing and optimizing campaigns, and fuelling revenue growth through the use of marketing technology, data, and analytics.
As a Digital Marketing Analytics Associate, your work will focus on the execution and measurement of key global marketing and communications initiatives . It is a dynamic and foundational role within Payments Marketing that sits at the intersection of Martech and analytics.
Key responsibilities:

• Own tag management for all integrated global digital marketing campaigns;
• Manage intake requests; work with business partners to ensure clarity of the project details and due dates using workflow management tool, including job status, tracking and reporting on progress;
• Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to measure engagement and optimize channel performance;
• Communicate findings and recommendations to marketers, channel owners and senior leadership to improve strategy;
• Assist in updating project task completion and notes in the workflow management tool.

Requirements / Essential skills:

• Bachelor's degree is required, with business analytics, data science, mathematics or related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of reporting and analysis platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and Alteryx;
• Experience with marketing automation tools - Marketo and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud - is a definite plus;
• Advanced knowledge and usage of Excel and PowerPoint (skills test will be administered) ;
• Experience in Adobe Workfront ;
• Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and translate metric performance into insights and recommendations;
• Superior written, oral communication and presentation skills with experience communicating concisely and effectively with all levels of management and partners
• Highly organized - able to prioritize multiple tasks, effectively manage projects and meet deadlines;
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
• Intellectually curious and eager to learn new things with an eye towards innovation.
