Position Overview:

Reporting to our Senior Director of Digital experience, we are a small, fun and creative team. We work hard every day to make Quickbase's digital presence better. We are looking for someone to help us redesign our digital properties including the Quickbase website, landing pages and email templates. This is an ideal position for someone 5+ years of paid media and lifecycle marketing experience.

Position Overview: 

You will own the strategy and execution around our paid media, influencer and nurture channels.

What This Role Will Focus On:

  • Develop the overall lifecycle communications strategy to increase prospect engagement across the full buyer journey, by leveraging channels such as lead nurturing, display advertising, retargeting, content/industry sponsorships, influencer marketing, paid social etc. 
  • Activate key messages across the buyer journey by leveraging a strong paid media mix. Be able to tell a compelling story to the end user through paid and nurture channels
  • Optimize and manage budget and bids across campaigns, ad sets, and ads for all publishers to deliver positive return on marketing spend 
  • Manage external agency partners, 3rd party vendors and influencers ensuring optimal ad messaging/creative and progress towards agreed upon milestones 
  • Continuously optimize content, timing, and cadence of lifecycle communications to improve user experiences and drive business goals
  • Develop a deep understanding of your audiences and their needs. You will be a key stakeholder in our organization's ongoing collection and interpretation of meaningful customer insights from cross-functional research and design teams
  • Work cross functionally with the content, campaigns and digital marketing teams to identify, test, and optimize for the best performing content at each stage of the funnel across all marketing channels

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, paid media and/or digital/demand marketing 
  • Experience with media buying
  • Experience with retargeting (AdRoll, 6Sense, Google Display Network) and paid social tools such as Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads 
  • Solid analytical and reporting skills
