About the Role:
The Demand Generation team at TigerGraph is a critical part of Corporate Marketing and helps generate pipeline and revenue for the enterprise and commercial business segments. The Manager, Digital Demand Generation, will be a crucial part of this team and collaborate cross functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Partner Marketing, SDR and Sales teams. This role will be creative as well as analytical, helping drive digital campaigns with thought provoking content that engage our target buyers, as well as making data-driven decisions to innovate and develop cohesive digital journeys across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Responsibilities:
- Develop global digital strategy and integrated digital programs in alignment with Go-To-Market strategy to achieve target pipeline and revenue goals.
- Manage digital channels such as Website, SEO, SEM/Paid Search and Display, Paid Social, Content Syndication, Email, Chat, etc. to generate demand from target buyers and personas.
- Leverage buyer journey to create compelling digital content offers that educate TigerGraph target personas and progress them towards a trial and purchase decision.
- Create digital campaign kits in collaboration with the content and creative teams, and promote content assets through an omni-channel digital orchestration.
- Create campaign landing pages in collaboration with Marketing Operations, ensuring the right tracking parameters and campaign IDs.
- Work with our digital agency to develop and refine PPC advertising strategy including keywords, ad copy, creatives and landing pages.
- Develop global SEO keyword strategy to drive organic inbound traffic to the TigerGraph website and nurture audiences with content that would drive them deeper into the marketing funnel.
- Develop a web demand generation strategy and implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) programs to accelerate buyer journey progression.
- Set up A/B tests across multiple digital channels to identify best performing ad copies, creatives, landing pages, etc. and establish a test-and-learn methodology.
- Track, measure, and monitor campaign performance, leads, MQLs, and recommend solutions for improving campaign effectiveness and lead quality.
- Analyze digital campaigns ROI and attribution, present digital performance dashboards and communicate pipeline impact to the executive team.
What we’re looking for:
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or related field
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, focused on demand generation or integrated marketing.
- Ability to work with limited direction and drive cross functional collaboration across various orgs and regions to implement digital programs.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making in order to consistently improve digital performance and pipeline attribution.
- Ability to develop creative digital content for technical audiences as well as business personas.
- Thrives in an environment with multiple high priority initiatives with agility and attention to detail.
- Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
- Experience with marketing and sales platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, and Drift.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio and Google Analytics.
