Digital has moved to the forefront in terms of customer preference for engagement and is the growth engine of Cox Communications. The Digital organization is seeking to accelerate its growth through online sales and marketing. The Manager, Digital Marketing will develop, maintain, test, and optimize new customer online sales experiences, with an emphasis on guiding the Cox Business lifecycle journey. Additionally, this individual will excel with a data-driven mindset to achieve customer acquisition, conversion, customer satisfaction, and other key performance indicators across interest, consideration and intent funnel metrics.
The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging analytics and customer insights to improve conversion rates for new and repeat customers from marketing channels. Strong communication and analytical thinking skills are required to have the right level of impact and influence.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital Acquisition, the ideal candidate will blend strategy, creativity, collaboration, and precision execution to drive new customer sales through digital experiences. We are looking for an action-oriented, flexible marketer who can drive results to join our team.

- Achieving and exceeding sales goals (e.g., revenue, relationships, and rate)

- Foundational marketing pillars, including merchandising, pricing, product, etc.
- Digital experience strategic development, execution, testing, and optimizations
- Customer purchase journey mapping
- Personalization of offers and experience (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio preferred)
- Managing and influencing internal and external relationships for results
- Project management and execution excellence with an attention to detail
- Reporting analysis to glean insights that inform decisions and actions
What You'll Do
- Contribute to and support the guiding vision for maximizing new customer online acquisition and website conversions
- Lead the development of the digital strategy and website user experience/design for both new and existing customer segments, including but not limited to targeted offers, connected campaigns, and value proposition
- Manage the day-to-day online operations relating to online acquisition programs (e.g., offer launches, new product launches, content marketing, etc.), including partnership and reviews with acquisition marketing and sales strategy, pricing, product marketing, brand, and legal
- Measure and report sales and site performance, and assess against predetermined KPIs (e.g., revenue generation and site conversions)
- Identify trends and insights from performance reporting, user testing, consumer behavior research, and online competitive audits to inform ongoing site testing and optimizations to maximize engagement and conversions
- Innovate capabilities to drive new customer growth online and partner with technology teams to refine and develop them
- Ensure 100% accuracy of content and adherence to brand and business objectives as well as to regulatory and privacy guidelines

Who You Are
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6years'experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4years' experience; a Ph.D and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field
- 2+ years of online sales and marketing experience focused on online campaign management and tactic creation, digital marketing, mobile marketing, social media marketing, online video, and other online centric mediums
- Strong sales stimulation and campaign management skills
- Strong sales/marketing relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance
Preferred
- 2+ years of experience in leading cross functional projects
- Understanding of online marketing tactics and KPIs (paid search, digital display, remarketing, video pre-roll) across all device types (handheld mobile devices, tablets, desktop/laptop, iOS, SmarTV, etc)
- Experience with website design and user experience flows for all device types, with emphasis on mobile
- Graphic design skills (basic): ability to mock-up a visual to convey design request, ability to resize images and simple web banners
- Track record of driving increased results performance (B2B/B2C marketing and sales experience)
- Experience and familiarity with Asana or project-tracking tool,
- Personalization experience with Salesforce, Abode Experience Manager or Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms (e.g. Interaction Studio, Evergage, Personalization)
