Position Description

At a Glance

Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Account Manager to join the Legrand Team in West Hartford, CT. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the support of web, email and marketing automation activities and campaigns across multiple Legrand businesses units. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Digital Marketing Coordinators and Specialists.

What Will You Do?

  • Interface with Marketing Communications leaders across the organization to manage the web and email execution of their digital marketing programs.
  • Train, develop, and manage the efforts of the Digital Marketing Operations team, an early-in-career leadership development program.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple digital marketing campaigns across several businesses, channels and audience types.
  • Measure results and propose solutions to meet business and marketing goals.
  • Manage calendars, plans and projects for both the business teams and the digital teams.
  • Represent the LNA digital team as a single point of contact for delegating and assigning project work.
  • Stay abreast of digital trends and bring articles, news, best practices, etc. to marketing communications leaders on a regular basis.
  • Build relationships and provide digital support with product line marketing teams as part of the product launch process.
  • Perform other similar and related duties as required.



Qualifications

Required Skills

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar required.


EXPERIENCE:

  • 4+ years in digital marketing experience. Plus, experience leading a project/or team.
  • Ability to manage direct reports, develop their marketing skills, and help them execute marketing strategies and plans
  • Experience with key digital media disciplines/tools, such as: eCommerce, social media marketing, display advertising, SEM, SEO, and retargeting.
  • Experience with email marketing, marketing automation, content management systems (CMS), and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and website conversion metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL), preferably Google Analytics certified
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, trends, search engine algorithms, ranking strategies, and the tools used to research these areas, provide reporting, and evaluate competitors
  • Strong analytical skills to effectively evaluate and communicate metrics and impact of digital initiatives
  • Strong organizational, documentation and time management skills, close attention to detail and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to evaluate situations, identify options and implement effective solutions quickly and efficiently as part of a service-oriented role
  • Highly collaborative and able to work in a team-based environment
  • Ability to handle all types of personalities and relate to people at all levels of the organization
  • Self-starting, with the ability to thrive within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

  • SEM experience with Google and Bing, Google AdWords certification preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce.com, Pardot marketing automation, and SAP Hybris preferred
