Neo4j is looking for an expert in Developer Organic Marketing to join our Self-Serve Growth team. This new role will focus on the promotion and structure of the developer content produced by our Developer Relations team and determine adjustments, tests and strategies to make that content more effective. 

This role will manage our developer sponsored content promotion strategy and the budget around it. In doing this, they will structure content A/B tests and work with our growth analytics team to determine the

 outcome of those tests. 

This role will act as an editor and coach around developer focused content, though projects involving them creating developer content will inevitably arise. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of marketing content experience, preferably with a technical or developer audience.
• Effective internal communicator in explaining the challenges that prospects and our content face
• Highly effective written communicator and communication coach
• A data drive approach to determining what content works, what doesn’t and why
• Proven ability to work across teams, including Self-Serve Growth, analytics, Developer Relations and Content
