YOUR MISSION

As the Demand Generation Specialist, you will be a critical member of the MURAL marketing team. This role will partner with the Integrated Marketing team to develop, plan, and execute campaigns and programs to drive acquisition and expansion revenue for the business. You will focus on delivering tailored messages and experiences through email, webinar, chat, and digital marketing channels and analyzing the results. 

As a cross-functional contributor, you will integrate your deep understanding of the lead lifecycle and your collaborative partnership with Sales, to identify new sales plays and demand-gen opportunities. You will use your data-driven approach, strong collaboration skills, and willingness to experiment when planning and executing virtual events, target account  programs, and broader marketing campaigns. You will have the opportunity to partner with Sales, Content, Digital, Operations, Product Marketing, and Account Development  teams to create alignment around marketing programs and showcase your expertise in leveraging data and storytelling to create an integrated customer experience. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and drive the integrated planning and execution of programs and promotions with digital, web, operations, and account-development (SDR) counterparts 
  • Partner with the integrated marketing team on the creation, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns and programs spanning digital, web, email, in-app messaging, content, social and events in support of MURAL business strategy
  • Imagine and deliver high-touch experiences that delight and engage our target accounts
  • In addition to engaging with cross-functional teams and executives, you’ll engage directly with partners and customers to coordinate activities
  • Project manage programs to the task-level detail, and manage input and approvals of assets ( emails, landing pages, promotion messages). 
  • Use creativity and be proactive to launch programs built to engage target accounts

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3+ years of experience working on Demand marketing programs in a SaaS company
  • Experience with account based marketing programs and the Enterprise Saas sales cycle
  • Strong Salesforce and Marketing Automation experience (Marketo is a plus)
  • Analytical acumen and experience using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to report on performance
  • Excellent communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking to a wide range of needs and audiences
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment to deliver results and collaborate comfortably with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Finance and other functions
  • Understanding of marketing functions in a B2B environment (i.e., field marketing, digital marketing, etc.)
  • Proven program and project management skills
  • Ability to work successfully with little guidance
  • Cross-culturally aware and sensitive to working with global teams
  • In the future, willingness to travel
