The Demand Generation Specialist focuses on lead generation and nurturing for all business lines. This role works closely with our content and product teams to build landing pages and marketing automation programs that lead to an increase in revenue generation from inbound leads. The Demand Generation Specialist will monitor, analyze, test, and continually refine these programs. This position will report to the EVP of Marketing.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-converting landing pages in partnership with the content team.
  • Build and test automated programs that nurture leads and push them to the sales team at the right time to optimize conversion.
  • Build, automate, and improve customer cross-sell and upsell campaigns.
  • Continually test, analyze, and optimize all lead conversion and nurturing programs.
  • Accurately track lead attribution through Salesforce, Pardot, and Google Analytics.
  • Report on marketing automation metrics and translates them into strategic and tactical insights to optimize stages of the conversion funnel.
  • Identify new nurturing and conversion strategies to ensure that the marketing and sales teams hit revenue goals.
  • Work across teams to ensure lead generation goals are met.
  • All other duties as assigned.



Requirements

Position Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a demand generation, lead generation, or lead nurturing-focused role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns.
  • Marketing automation experience (preferably Pardot).
  • Google Analytics experience.
  • Salesforce experience.
  • Highly accountable with ability to handle multiple projects in parallel and manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with other teams.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.


Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently required to stand on one's feet for prolonged periods of time.
  • Frequently required to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms.
  • Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
  • Frequently required to sit at a computer and look at a computer screen for extended periods of time.
