As a Program Manager for Law Firm and Government segments on the Demand Generation team, you will lead the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels including events, SEM, email, retargeting, and social advertising. You will be a revenue-centric marketer with experience with inbound and outbound B2B marketing, including account-based marketing strategies. You will have full ownership of integrated campaigns designed to grow our customer base and uncover upsell and cross sell opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Your Role in Action

  • Set the demand generation strategy for the Law Firm and Government segments to align with business goals and be responsible for the marketing contribution target
  • Develop an understanding of our customers, Relativity products and the buyer's journey
  • Identify the best marketing messages, materials, channels, and call to action for important personas and target accounts
  • Develop creative short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns, which include webinars, emails, nurtures, paid media, content syndication,
  • Drive enterprise MQLs and sales pipeline while monitoring conversion rates and optimizing campaigns at each stage
  • Use marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows
  • Help with content development to target customers throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance to partners across the business
  • Grow distribution across all channels, not just owned channels. Must be experienced in content creation supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy
  • Partner with Sales to ensure quality lead delivery according to established Service level agreements - Build a feedback loop and optimize lead hand-off processes together with the Revenue Operations team
  • Work with sales and marketing to build programs that support sales enablement


Your Skills

  • 4+ years of full-time marketing experience
  • 2+ years of demand generation experience within a b2b environment
  • Experience creating and completing enterprise-level demand generation programs
  • Tactical experience with lead forecasting and reporting
  • Experience developing and executing account-based marketing strategies to grow target accounts
  • Experience working with email marketing, social advertising, SEM, paid media and content syndication
  • Experience developing messaging and voice across all digital channels
  • Reporting skills with the ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management
  • Experience partnering with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver campaigns that resonate with customers along buyer's journey
