About this role:

We’re looking for someone to join our marketing team and help us grow our Atmosphere network by adding new venues to our Platform Sales division. You’ll work closely with the Atmosphere marketing and sales teams to develop demand-generation strategies that can scale and create campaign plans that align with our business goals. You’ll also need to analyze data from Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to see how they impact our CRM.

Not only will you coordinate and execute our paid media campaigns, but you’ll also provide strategic recommendations to our internal teams on what type of content we should promote, where we should promote it, and how we should promote it. Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and news related to B2B SaaS technology marketing is also key.

Responsibilities:

  • Redesign our inbound marketing infrastructure and drive new initiatives in order to continue to scale Atmosphere's marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive performance measurement strategy that tracks success metrics and evaluates the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Review set-up and manage analytics platforms like Google Analytics for tracking website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates from a variety of channels.
  • Implement multi-touchpoint attribution models that give insights into the influence of marketing channels on the customer's journey and performance.
  • Set up and manage a system of how our data, competitive intelligence, and marketing trends can be assessed in order to ensure relevance and effectiveness of our campaigns and evolve our long term strategy.
  • Utilize performance tracking & optimization techniques for successful campaign delivery.
  • Lead demand gen across multiple channels, scaling demand generation to our targeted segments. Manage all inbound demand generation channels. 
  • Analyze data to develop creative solutions that drive growth and optimize ROI of campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently on assigned projects.
  • Demonstrate a passion for marketing technology through active involvement in the industry.
  • Forecast, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of all demand generation and awareness activities. 
  • Report on program activities on a monthly and quarterly basis. 

Requirements:

  • Experience working for a B2B tech brand/s and/or an agency managing B2B tech brands.
  • Solid understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC display advertising, social media advertising, retargeting, and digital media targeting strategies
  • Experience with optimizing demand generation programs across the entire funnel, with a focus on generating MQLs and SQLs. 
  • You have knowledge and experience with paid search and social platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • You know how to analyze data from organic and paid media platforms all the way down to the CRM to understand what is working and what is not working.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of website management, SEO, and digital advertising.
  • Experience with Salesforce is required.
  • Experience with a variety of CRM software is preferred.
  • Experience with Data Visualization and Business Intelligence tools is preferred.
