If you enjoy managing multi-touch demand generation programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics and are geared to engage both new and existing customers driving the entire buyer journey, you will love this position. In this role, you will lead overall campaign strategy and ensure it is well planned and executed utilizing the demand waterfall framework, the Website experience is optimized for driving sales and leads, and KPIs and ROI measurements are established for continued optimizations. Candidates with global enterprise software marketing experience along with a passion for winning and a team-first attitude are strongly desired. Your Responsibilities

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team. They will manage the development of marketing plans consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs including both inbound and outbound tactics.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs that drive net new leads and progress existing leads through the sales funnel. This includes awareness, education and consideration programs
  • Identify inbound and outbound initiatives including, SEM, Email, Advertising (digital and print) Lead Aggregators and Events
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on impact of programs
  • In partnership with Product Marketing and Sales, identify the right events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix. Plan and execute pre-event, at-event and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates
  • Launch lead nurture programs/campaigns to move inquiries to leads and further down the sales cycle
  • Proactively engage with SDR teams to coordinate, communicate and optimize the impact of marketing activities
  • Draft Outreach sequences used by the SDR teams and measure effectiveness and progression through the lead funnel
  • Plan and execute third party media plans that may include advertising, webinars, content marketing etc.
  • Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities (campaign briefs)
  • Execute email campaigns using Pardot including list creation, email copy & setup and tracking
  • Test and optimize the performance of landing pages, special promotions, content and product offers

Your Qualifications

  • Highly motivated energetic self-starter who thrives in a rapidly changing environment
  • 5-7 years of experience in a b-to-b marketing role
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Demand Generation marketing
  • Pardot administration
  • Campaign testing strategies experience
  • Online marketing experience: SEO/SEM
  • Previous experience with A/B and multivariate testing
  • Familiarity and experience with reporting tools and methodologies
  • Development of integrated marketing programs that combine inbound and outbound tactics
  • Demand waterfall processes and metrics (e.g. lead scoring, service-level agreements, lead sourced/influenced ratios)
  • Multi-touch, multi-dimensional marketing program design, creation and implementation
