Demand Generation Manager

StreetLight was recently acquired by Jacobs but continues to operate as an independent software organization.
The Role
StreetLight is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join the Marketing team to lead all demand generation efforts focused on StreetLight’s SaaS platform. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations and Demand Generation, you will partner cross-functionally with diverse and dedicated teammates across marketing operations, content, product marketing, sales, and customer success. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and executing revenue-generating B2B demand campaigns.
This position will be responsible for driving multi-channel marketing initiatives that grow both lead generation and pipeline development. You will develop target audiences, create and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns, and monitor conversion rates while optimizing campaigns at each stage.

Responsibilities Include:
- Developing strategy for and executing demand generation efforts
- Developing and launching multi-channel demand generation programs, spanning email marketing, content marketing, paid media, social media, web, SEM, SEO, and marketing automation
- Owning the paid media function across search, retargeting, display, content syndication, and more
- Supporting ABM campaign initiatives
- Implementing and overseeing email nurture programs to move prospects down-funnel
- Playing a partner role in helping activate organic social media strategies
- A/B testing across channels, reporting on results, and applying top performing attributes
- Building on customer personas and knowing our ICP buying preferences to build highly-targeted and personalized campaigns to specific audiences
- Delivering performance reports to leadership and stakeholders while extrapolating actionable insights, and applying them to grow ROI
- Being our demand gen “eyes and ears” on the lookout for new channels and advertising tactics in a fast-evolving mobility and smart cities market
- Ensuring timely deployment of initiatives by managing calendars, budget, timelines, and processes

Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of digital marketing or demand generation experience
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media and email
- Hubspot or similar MAP experience
- Salesforce experience
- Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Advertising expertise
- Expertise in managing paid budgets
- Familiarity with CRO techniques
- Content development experience for digital marketing efforts
- Understanding of both inbound and outbound marketing tactics
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or related field
