Demand Generation Manager
This role is crucial to Sensor Tower's growth and will drive global growth initiatives. You'll work closely in a cross-functional role with both Sales and Marketing to launch and streamline Marketing campaigns with the ultimate goal of driving leads, pipeline and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage outbound campaign strategy to drive leads to the BDR team
- Build segmented newsletters to share new insights and content for target verticals and regions
- Actively manage campaigns, including setting up accounts, creating campaigns from scratch, A/B testing, optimizing assets and targeting, and delivering performance reports
- Collaborate with Brand/Design team for campaign assets - including images, video, content, and landing pages
- Collaborate with BDR team to develop content for follow-up on passed leads and cold outbound campaigns
- Share campaign performance, make recommendations for campaign improvements, and share key findings across the marketing organization
- Develop and launch ABM programs (1:few, 1:many) to successfully engage strategic accounts moving them effectively through buyer’s journey from acquisition, adoption to upsell
- Supporting paid/organic social as necessary as they pertain to campaign strategy
Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience focused on marketing, demand generation, email marketing, and/or account-based marketing (ABM)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Hands-on experience working with programs such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, Outreach, and RollWorks
- Consistent track record of building scalable demand generation programs
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, especially cross-functionally
- Strong quantitative focus, including experience in marketing metrics. Familiar with or able to learn a variety of business application systems quickly
- Ability to be both strategic and maintain an eye for tactical detail
