We are seeking a passionate Demand Generation Manager to strengthen our pipeline and business growth. Your focus will be on top-of-the-funnel marketing efforts and lead generation campaigns including but not limited to: email, paid media, paid social, webinars, podcasts, influencer efforts, and anything else you think will work.

If you are an enthusiastic Digital Marketing specialist looking for the opportunity to unleash creativity for top lead generation results across multiple market segments and product lines, while managing important budgets in a highly innovative technology environment, this is the position for you!

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with Segment Marketing, Communications, and Sales to define and execute digital programs, drips & nurtures leveraging multiple channels: digital, social, webinars, ABM, inbound
  • Manage our email marketing campaigns, product landing pages, paid media, metric tracking, all while leveraging our automation systems resulting in high-quality leads for the Sales pipeline
  • Manage daily the campaigns budget and continually improve cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rates (CR), return on ad spend (ROAS), and qualified leads (MQL); drive timely adjustments to maximize efficiency of marketing spend
  • Coordinate Demand Generation marketing campaigns with Inside Sales activities
  • Create digital and print media plans and creative execution of outreach. Maintain close relationships with the major lead generation and media publications
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, products, and the buyer's journey, to ensure the assets communicate business value and benefits in a compelling way to optimize CTAs
  • Create, test, optimize, and deploy new emails and landing page; manage lists for campaigns to deliver superior segmentation and targeting
  • Manage SFDC and Pardot to set up and organize campaigns, emails, landing pages, webinars, tracking link
  • Monitor and consistently improve lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and lead flow
  • Effectively use reporting tools and data-driven insights to test, track, measure, analyze, refine, and prove campaign performance. Report metrics and recommend improvements
  • Stay ahead of global industry trends and best practices related to digital demand generation and multi-channel marketing
What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of similar B2B digital and inbound marketing experience, building, editing, and optimizing paid media campaigns, with track record of MQL and CPL achievements
  • 3+ years hands-on experience with MarTech (Pardot preferred, Marketo, or Hubspot), setting all type of campaigns and UTMs, optimizing funnel and scoring, and monitoring results
  • Working knowledge of media buy and social media platforms
  • ABM technology (DemandBase, 6sense) exposure is a plus
  • Passionate about marketing, always learning, and staying current on marketing trends
  • Positive, hands-on, can-do attitude along with genuine enthusiasm for your job
  • Well organized, strong ability to prioritize a multitude of tasks
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent cross-functional teamwork skills
  • Customer focus: genuine interest in business value provided by technical solutions
  • Project management and analytical skills
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Good knowledge of marketing analytics, campaign attribution, and pipeline generation strategies
  • Exposure to one of our market segments or to an industry related to 3D Systems is a plus
