Position Description | Demand Generation Manager - Community Giving
What You Will Do
The Demand Generation Manager will support Bonterra's growth among community and family foundations, educational institutions, hospital foundations, and federated nonprofit organizations by driving profitable customer acquisition across multiple digital demand channels. As a strategic contributor within the marketing team, you'll collaborate often with internal stakeholders, define processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness, and take a data-driven approach to generating qualified leads for the foundation sales organizations.
We're looking for a trailblazing teammate who can:

  • Work with Demand Generation leadership to create strategic plans and execute programs that meet (or exceed) funnel stage targets, from lead to MQL to revenue
  • Create and manage a calendar to ensure cohesive delivery of multi-channel demand generation programs
  • Collaborate with the Product Marketing, Content, and Creative teams to develop performant campaign assets and messaging
  • Drive profitable traffic, leads and revenue through performance marketing efforts across digital marketing channels, inclusive of (but not limited to) paid social, paid search, email, webinars, events, and third-party entities (industry publishers, review sites, etc.)
  • Partner with counterparts in foundation sales management to identify and engage a list of target accounts using account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Develop forecasts and report weekly on pacing towards KPI targets; provide insight into data trends and action plans when needed
  • Proactively apply your up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends to improve performance
  • Manage relationships with external vendors when necessary and lead a direct report to achieve business and professional growth


Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years of demand generation experience and have run paid media campaigns across multiple channels, inclusive of paid search and paid social
  • You have experience working with marketing automation technology (Marketo) and customer relationship management systems (Salesforce) and understand how each align to drive operational excellence
  • You have an exceptionally strong analytical background and use data to drive your decision making
  • You're a self-motivated, continuous learner who can analyze challenges, address them creatively, and bring projects across the finish line
  • You have a "team-first" attitude, believe in the value of collaboration and transparency, and can hold yourself and others accountable to shared outcomes
  • You understand the SaaS business model and/or B2B sales cycle
