Reporting directly to the CMO and will be part of the integrated marketing team; you will be responsible for the execution, process optimization, and data-driven reporting of all our marketing nurtures to generate leads, pipeline and revenue. You will support the Digital Marketing Director to manage the day-to-day execution of paid search, paid social, display, and content syndication

The mission of the integrated marketing team is to build an end to end go-to-market plan for a specific audience with a unified, thoughtful message for each of our audiences across digital and in-person brand experiences. 

This is an opportunity for someone who doesn’t shy away from team collaboration and project management. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is data-driven and highly analytical, with a relentless focus on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion.

What you will do:

  • Continuously enhance buyer journey, drive customer segmentation, map campaign objectives, and collaborate on the right assets needed for the different stages of the journey
  • Maintain and optimize the lead scoring model and and buyer journey
  • Optimize digital marketing performance by leveraging data analytics and A/B performance testing to improve conversion and spend efficiency
  • Be the metrics guru. Measure campaign efficacy and report on performance from lead to won pipeline by channel, program, and creative
  • Leveraging tools like HubSpot to optimize nurture campaigns to engage B2B users at all stages of the buyer's journey
  • Manage and enhance the marketing-to-sales lead handoff process as well as the lead recycling process from nurtures and field events
  • Continuously assess performance of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations to improve the performance of emails, landing pages, digital assets, and content
  • Own maintenance and optimization of the marketing tech stack - including integrations between all platforms/systems and troubleshooting of any issues
  • Integrate and refine customer personas and the company’s target audience with stakeholders likes sales and product marketing

Who you are:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of full time marketing experience at a B2B SaaS organization. Previous cybersecurity experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience of demand generation and digital experience
  • You are data-driven and highly analytical, with a relentless focus on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion
  • You have a passion for (digital) user experience, conversion optimization, experimentation, and continuous improvement
  • You’re excited by the challenge of rolling up your sleeves and working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • You collaborate well across various groups and understand the value of building long-term and effective partnerships across key stakeholders
