Job Description

BASES is looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our US team.

The goal of BASES’ Demand Generation team is to promote the BASES brand in a meaningful and impactful way. As part of the team, you will play an important role in building the BASES brand in the region and strengthening a scalable demand generation framework.

We are looking for someone who can take full ownership, uncover new opportunities, move quickly, and has a strong appetite for growth.

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out plans for the regional lead generation initiatives in collaboration with the Global Demand Generation Lead and other regional teams. You will be using a variety of marketing techniques that help build new and nurture existing prospects and customers. You’ll help plan, implement, coordinate, measure, and monitor success for regional demand generation campaigns across all platforms for different solutions.

As a Demand Generation Marketing Specialist, you will use your expertise to help BASES reach new clients, engage with our current clients, and strategize how to market new service and product features. 

Finally, you will use your strong acumen for analysis and data to help create insight-led stories that will help regional BASES sales teams engage with both prospects and clients.


RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Analyze and interpret data to discover consumer insights and provide conclusions and recommendations

  • Use NielsenIQ in-market data to embed an insight-led approach to client engagement at all levels of the marketing funnel

  • Execute integrated marketing campaign strategies aligned with global and regional objectives to achieve campaign outcomes and pre-defined KPIs 

  • Work closely with other teams and regions to build cross-functional cohesion

  • Collaborate with sales to build programs that support sales enablement

  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows

  • Research and analyze a variety of market intelligence inputs, including market trends, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data, using primary or secondary sources to support creation of tools that will help us get ahead of our competition

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, products, and personas

  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills

  • Experience in market research or consulting functions in the FMCG industry

  • Experience of using NielsenIQ continuous data

  • Good organizational and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication with advanced copywriting skills

  • Fluent English, both verbal and written

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Tech-savvy

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • B2B marketing 

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation software

  • Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, Microsoft Dynamics/Salesforce.com ,Salesloft

  • SEO and website optimization

  • NielsenIQ BASES product suite

  • Working knowledge of HTML and popular content management systems (CMS) like WordPress

  • Experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics), and an understanding of how to set and track goals, report website metrics, and their impact on marketing strategy
