About the Role
As we scale our go-to-market strategy, we’re looking for an outstanding growth focused marketer to build, execute, and own a multifaceted strategy to drive product adoption, increase referrals, and cross-sell product lines. This is an ideal role for someone who gets excited about building programs from the ground up that actually move the needle instead of optimizing someone else’s work for incremental gains. As an early member of our demand generation team, you’ll have the opportunity to paint on a blank canvas and own the strategy and tactics that move the needle on key metrics like average revenue per practice (ARPP), LTV expansion, and retention through experimenting with up-sell, cross-sell, and customer advocacy campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Help shape the customer lifecycle and identify the inflection points for different customer marketing opportunities across referral, upsell, and expansion
- Collaborate with product line leaders and product marketing to understand the different goals for each product line, how that relates to our existing customer base, and create and execute a marketing strategy based on those goals
- Implement enablement for customer facing teams to leverage marketing insights and campaigns
- Own and manage the execution of customer marketing campaigns that can include: email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, digital campaigns, in conjunction with the Demand Generation Team and Product Marketing Team
- Deliver detailed reporting and metrics on campaign and tactic results and use data to make fast adjustments while identifying new opportunities to make impact
- Continually evaluate data and assumptions around metrics like ARPP, LTV, cross-sell and product adoption rates, churn, and other key metrics.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in a customer marketing role
- Experience in a high-growth B2B tech company environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and draw conclusions from data sets in Google Sheets or Excel
- Tech-savvy with the ability to become proficient in a variety of software applications such as Marketo, Outreach, and Salesforce
- Overall track record of professional and/or academic success
