CRM Marketing Sr. Analyst/Associate
The Marketing Team:
Enova’s marketing department owns the brand identity, customer acquisition, and customer engagement efforts for Enova’s portfolio of brands which serve consumer and small business market segments in the US and Brazil. We invest in a robust marketing mix which includes offline (TV, radio, print), partner marketing, digital (Programmatic, CTV, Social), and direct marketing tactics (mail, email, SMS) to drive new customer growth and deepen customer engagement. What you’ll do:
- Campaign Management – Develop and implement email & SMS marketing campaigns within a CRM platform to drive lead conversion, increase customer portfolio performance and support product launches/changes. This includes identifying appropriate customer segments, developing campaign strategies, managing the creative development process (copy, design, coding), programming campaigns and testing.
- Reporting & Analytics – Report and monitor segment performance and campaign performance including audience, promotions, messaging, creative, deliverability, open rates, click-through rates and conversion. Report on results and provide insights & recommendations.
- Testing Programs – Develop robust A/B and multivariate testing programs to optimize lead conversion & portfolio performance (email, SMS) and evaluate marketing strategy, including frequency, offer, audience, and content.
- Project Management – Manage projects that will nurture leads and drive existing customer retention. Translate strategic plans into projects and tasks. Prioritize, set project plans, monitor, deliver on milestones, remove roadblocks, and problem solve.
- Optimizations – Manage daily optimizations for lead conversion and portfolio marketing, ensuring optimal volume within acceptable cost/profit targets.
- Vendor Management – Manage relationships with internal and/or external partners to develop and implement lead conversion and portfolio marketing campaigns.
- Best Practices – Maintain clean email marketing lists to minimize occurrences of unsubscribes, bounce rates and spam marks. Monitor deliverability, complaint rates, bounce rates and Sender Score rank to reduce risk of being blacklisted. Monitor trends on best practices and techniques to ensure market efficiency and identify new opportunities.
- Communication & Collaboration – Report on goal progress, forecasts, results, challenges, and achievements. Partner with internal departments (Legal & Compliance, Analytics, Creative Services, Business Intelligence, Data Services, and Tech) and marketing team members to execute projects and tests.
We're excited about you if you:
- Have 2+ years of professional experience in a Marketing or Business function (i.e. Strategy, Planning, Operations).
- Are a demonstrated self starter and problem solver - You’ll be successful in this role if you can think critically and dig deeper to improve processes, campaign performance that have a measurable impact on the business
- Have strong analytical skills - you’re able to manipulate and analyze data in order to identify trends, solve problems, and make informed recommendations. Experience with Excel, Micro-strategy or other visualization tools preferred.
- Have CRM and database management experience - You’re able to develop, automate and personalize communications via an established CRM platform. Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
- Are an outstanding project manager - You can develop, adhere to, and communicate reasonable timelines.
- Can communicate, collaborate and influence - Proven skill in working across multiple and distinct functional organizations (e.g. Strategy & Operations, Analytics, creative teams, vendor partners etc.) in support of specific business priorities.
- Are creative and think outside the box - The only constant in our industry is change. You love to brainstorm, generate new ideas, and bring creative, innovative solutions to the challenges our customers face every day.
