Creative Director, Integrated Campaigns & Video Storytelling
Freshworks is seeking an innovative Creative Director of Integrated Campaigns & Video Storytelling to help grow awareness, relevancy, conversions, and build strong brand equity at both the company and product levels. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience helping tech/product-led growth companies become global iconic brands. Reporting to the VP of Global Brand Marketing, you will have a tremendous impact across the business by driving the creative expression of our global integrated campaigns, employer brand campaigns, and video storytelling. This role requires someone who can conceptualize campaign themes to break through the B2B noise, write and direct compelling copy/headlines/videos to forge emotional connections, and thrive while working with internal teams across Brand Strategy, Digital & Web Experience, Growth & Product Marketing, Employer Brand, Social, PR, and Events.

- Scale our brand awareness
- Build, strengthen, and amplify the share of voice for both company and product brands.
- Create campaigns that grow awareness, shape perceptions, and influence preference.
- Enable teams to deliver the effective, consistent execution of integrated campaigns across paid and owned channels with theme-based toolkits, education, and guidance.
- Drive relevancy in the market
- Evolve our brand voice to uniquely position Freshworks in a highly competitive market.
- Build audience-centric campaigns that are founded in strategic insights and create a reason for prospects and candidates to believe in Freshworks.
- Create compelling video content that helps potential customers better understand their problems and find ideal solutions.
- Increase engagement and traffic to our website
- Drive breakthrough ways to bring core campaign messages to our audiences and encourage specific actions that drive performance against our demand-driven, go-to-market sales plays.
- Produce targeted videos that educate prospects and drive them to the right answers.
- Continually optimize effectiveness by using market intelligence and audience insights at every stage of the customer journey.
- Improve web conversions
- Nurture leads more effectively by integrating campaigns that are hyper-personalized and tightly connected across web, email, and social media.
- Drive deeper engagement through our inbound marketing motion to activate demand, validate demand, and accelerate growth/pipeline opportunities.
Skills & Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, including as a Creative Director of Copy with an advertising agency, consultancy and/or internal brand team - proven experience leading big ideas and crafting the vision for effective campaigns.
- Deep expertise of advertising fundamentals, including brand development, strategy, storytelling, video, design, new/emerging platforms and technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Substantial exposure across a wide variety of disciplines and channels, including TV, online video, programmatic, social, print, OOH, web, and beyond.
- Portfolio demonstrating award-winning, innovative work across multiple industries and channels with measurable impact to business growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships. Ability to build rapport easily with diverse people.
- Able to thrive working cross-functionally in complex organizations, collaborating tightly with counterparts across Marketing.
- Bachelor's degree required - Advertising, Creative Writing or related field preferred.
