Corporate Brand Manager

West Monroe is looking for a Corporate Brand Manager to join our growing marketing team. The person filling this position will be passionate about branding, with a proven ability to differentiate a company’s brand from its competition and drive-up awareness. We are a highly motivated, fast-paced marketing and communications team amid a rapidly growing firm of business and technology thought leaders. We need a talented marketing professional who can apply their proven experience in building brand-based marketing programs to help grow our firm. You will play a key role in making West Monroe known among the C-suite across Fortune 500 companies in our core industries and become a $1 billion firm by 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and bring to life the firm’s overall brand messaging
- Create, execute, and manage integrated marketing programs that build the firm’s reputation in the market broadly, within our total addressable market, and across our client base
- Build a library of assets that help tell the firm’s story, aligned to the key pillars of our brand, including corporate brand content and positioning platforms (website, collateral, decks, etc.)
- Own periodic brand studies that feature internal and external research to refresh brand positioning and messaging
- Partner with industry marketing teams to harmonize marketing messages across the firm
- Design c-suite programming to increase the brand awareness and reputation of West Monroe among key influencers and decision-makers
- Build broad branding programming to help support the firm’s aggressive growth goals to strengthen the corporate brand through partnerships, sponsorships, advertising, speaking opportunities, and other marketing activities
- Ensure market facing messaging is aligned to the firm’s main tenets and helps tell a cohesive story at the corporate and practice level
- Manage brand-related agencies and spend associated with corporate marketing
- Work hand-in-hand with the firm’s employer brand marketing manager to tell a cohesive brand story in the market to both prospects and recruits
- Stay up to date on competitor corporate market positioning to ensure West Monroe’s brand is differentiated and competitive
- Evolve overarching corporate brand messaging to respond to client and prospect feedback, market trends, & market conditions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencer
- 7-10 years of proven success in brand marketing and communications
- A track record for success in brand building and brand management, either through an agency or corporate roles
- A demonstrated understanding of B2B marketing
- Demonstrated experience managing vendor/agency relationships or client relationships
- Excellent communication skills with the level of professional polish and finesse required to successfully work across all levels of the organization
- Ability to understand complex topics and synthesize into key messages
- Proven ability to build outstanding relationships across internal departments and with external partners
