We are looking for an Enterprise Demand Gen Manager to drive pipeline at scale. This includes running integrated marketing campaigns that leverage all channels, including Webinars, Digital Advertising, Content Syndication, Direct Mail, Events, and ABM campaigns. This role will work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to ensure we're generating the right leads and supporting the buying journey effectively. This role will focus on driving demand from a technical audience, including CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering who are upskilling their teams. Responsibilities:

  • Drive pipeline creation across all key marketing channels.
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising spend.
  • Work with Field marketing to promote and leverage events and webinars.
  • Work with content marketing to generate and leverage content that converts.
  • Build, execute, and optimize full funnel demand gen campaigns with an ABM focus.
  • Prioritize sales enablement and seamless SDR activation.
  • Hit monthly and quarterly demand gen KPIs.


What we value:

  • 3+ years of B2B demand gen experience 
  • Hands-on digital marketing expertise (search, social and display)
  • Previous ABM experience
  • Expertise marketing to a technical audience
  • Data and results-driven mindset
  • Strong team management and communication skills
