Job Purpose

What does a great Consumer Marketing Manager do?
Fiserv is seeking a Consumer Marketing Manager to help lead the strategy and execution of programs to drive usage and adoption of our best-in-class client self-service marketing portal Impact Marketing (www.impactmarketing.fiserv.com). This is an exciting, fast-paced position working on projects that drive awareness and adoption of the latest digital solutions and payments products and services for leading financial institutions. Impact Marketing is a free marketing solution used by thousands of Fiserv clients to access and customize cutting-edge multi-channel integrated consumer marketing resources and campaigns. In this role, the Consumer Marketing Manager will partner with other key stakeholders across the team to develop and execute client engagement and training programs. The Marketing Manager will act as the lead client support and training resource - the face behind our client outreach and support email box. The Marketing Manager will be the subject matter expert on the team who actively and enthusiastically interacts with clients and internal stakeholders across the organization (Digital Payments, Digital Channels, Card Services and Biller) to ensure they are able to maximize the benefit they derive this powerful tool.

The Consumer Marketing Manager can look forward to:
- Developing and executing B2B client engagement programs including automated email, client webinars and 1:1 outreach (leveraging internal tools like HighSpot, eCRM and Outlook)
- Partnering with our internal and external creative teams to produce client support and training resources that are engaging (web-based tools, video vignettes, PowerPoint, and more)
- Assisting in the administration of client accounts (new user approvals, tracking and client onboarding)
- Facilitating marketing material approvals and audits for our Consumer Marketing team, clients, and external partners.
- Looking ahead to emerging marketing channels to ensure strategic and tactical plans are executed with marketing best practices and optimizations in mind
- Becoming a creative problem solver who that enjoys helping clients meet their goals and is driven to exceed client expectations in every interaction
- Collaborating with marketing, product and technical resources across Fiserv - a great opportunity to learn about multiple areas of the business
