What does a Consumer Marketing Manager do?

  • This is an exciting opportunity to put your strategic marketing and client consulting expertise to work helping drive adoption and usage of our Digital Payments and Mobile Banking products at the leading financial institutions in the country.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategist, contributing market intelligence and consumer marketing expertise as you consult with clients such as Truist Bank, Regions, TD Bank and US Bank.
  • You will develop and drive execution of strategies that make customers more valuable to their financial institutions, and make them avid users of Bill Pay, Person-to-Person Payments, Mobile Banking and Account-to-Account Transfers products.

What are the Basic Qualifications for Consideration?

  • 10 years of direct or related experience in complex marketing of consumer products, consumer financial services, consumer technology or online/mobile services.
  • Experience in a client-facing role with demonstrated strength in consultative client management including selling and defending ideas and results
  • Track record of success leading cross-functional teams and ability to develop collaborative internal and external relationships
  • Ability to develop marketing programs, including email campaigns, banners, interstitials, and associate engagement that encompass customer experience across multiple channels, are informed by past metrics for success and set up to be measured effectively.
  • Expertise in sophisticated digital marketing practices required. Experience in direct response marketing a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical marketing or related capabilities (e.g. not purely promotional), including focus on program results, including ability to identify of areas of opportunity for continuous improvement
  • Ability to make and defend marketing budgetary decisions based on results.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work across multiple client engagements.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
