Overview:

Join the North America Foodservice Consumer and Market Intelligence team! This role brings the voice of the distributor and operator to the forefront, guides strategy and scales new capabilities. This role will partner closely with our cross functional teams and play a critical role in our connected commerce ecosystem. It will shape the future of how we connect with distributors and operators.

This role will be integral to accelerating NAF new growth opportunities in an Away from Home landscape that is re-inventing itself. Come and join the fun!

Preferred location is World Headquarters (Minneapolis, MN) but open to remote eligibility.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Guide strategy as a key business partner to drive distributor and operator engagement
  • Identify, pilot, and lead opportunities to embed business and insight into modern marketing approaches across commerce marketing
    • Identify and develop precision audiences to prioritize
    • Leverage emerging and behavioral data sources, such as search data, to shape consumer strategy and execution
    • Identify where to unleash the scale of our portfolio to drive growth
  • Understand top business challenges, synthesize knowledge, and develop learning plans that will deliver actionable insights, create remarkable experiences, and lead to business growth
  • Blend syndicated data, qualitative and quantitative primary research, including learning with foodservice operators and distributors
  • Be the voice of the operator, distributor, and consumer to guide strategies and decisions
  • Represent and present insights to key customers and distributors


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Research or related
  • 5+ years of experience in Consumer Insights or related field
  • Experience influencing and collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Ability to synthesize data to build and tell a compelling story
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in an agile environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master's Degree in related field
  • Prior experience in foodservice industry
  • Experience in ecommerce marketing capabilities
