Consumer Insights Manager
We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Consumer Insights Manager. Working
on the Disney+ Product Marketing Intelligence team within Disney Streaming
Services, this individual will be responsible for developing insights that help business leaders drive to actionable results related to acquisition, engagement and retention. An ideal candidate also has previous industry experience in either Technology or Entertainment.

Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop an insights roadmap that aligns with key priorities
- Partner with data analytics team to ensure that research and behavioral data are collected and use that data to help guide business decisions
- Use mix of secondary data sources, to help build a pool of customer data and insights around the marketplace.
- Take on ad-hoc studies that are necessary to guide new understanding or prioritize business tasks.
- Translate research into actionable insights and democratize them across the business
- Partner with other insights teams across Disney Streaming to synthesize learnings into a cohesive story
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3-5 years executing quantitative market research in a corporate setting
- Well versed in various marketing research methodologies, with particular passion for quant, and ability to make strategic recommendations based on the business needs
- Excellent reporting skills: ability to distill raw data into actionable insights, and create clear, concise and actionable reports
- Highly cross-functional: experience servicing multiple teams, and adapting insights for each audience
- Self-starting initiative, and comfort navigating white space
- A can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
