Job Description Responsibilities:
This person will be responsible for driving customer awareness and adoption of card lending programs. They will collaborate with a cross-functional team of Marketing, Product, Analytics, Finance, Digital and Risk Management partners to optimize customer eligibility, offer pricing, targeting and delivery to ensure the program meets business objectives and drives customer engagement. Additionally, this candidate will have responsibility to track competitive insights, and monitor customer and employee feedback to identify program and capability enhancements.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of marketing or strategy experience
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with stakeholders at different levels
  • Skilled at creating presentations and crafting business updates
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver creative solutions with tight deadlines
  • Understanding of key drivers for a Profit and Loss (P&L) statement


Ideal candidates would be able to:

  • Partner with marketing teams to communicate program strategy and campaign requirements
  • Identify opportunities to grow offer eligibility, awareness, and conversion
  • Translate Voice of the Customer insights into improving the customer experience
  • Partner with our Agile area product owner to deliver the product roadmap, informed by a deep understanding of competitor capabilities and customer needs
  • Develop subject matter expertise and build strong relationships with product team counterparts
  • Deliver scheduled and ad hoc management reporting
