We are looking for an experienced Communications Manager to join us in our mission to save people time by making the world more productive.

As a part of the Corporate Communications team, you will be focused on crafting the stories we share with the world. You will be a strategic communications partner to executives across the company, helping them clearly articulate and share their visions with the world. You'll work day to day to tell stories about ClickUp's growth and momentum, company culture, and overall narrative.

The Role:
- Create and execute proactive communications campaigns that position us among the most innovative, fastest growing startups in the world
- Work closely with executives to tell stories about our unique company culture and leadership philosophy
- Manage executive spokesperson platforms that include thought leadership strategy, media pitching, and participation in speaking events
- Develop high-quality written materials that convey ClickUps narrative, including pitches, messaging platforms, press releases, award submissions, Q&As, etc.
- Build and manage your own set of relationships with key reporters.Â

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of communications experience in SaaS software or cloud computing, in-house or at an agency
- Ability to build and run communications campaigns and programs; a self-started who can operate independently
- Relationships with business and technology journalists and influencers, and a knack for knowing what will interest them
- Top notch decision making skills. Handles pressure and deadline-oriented demands as well as manages multiple initiatives
- Great writing and editing skills, with a love for penning messaging platforms, pitches, press releases, and executive speaking points
- An interest in the latest moves in technology and the future of work. Â
