The Communications Manager is a vital new role on our Strategic Communications team, and you will be a key contributor to the development and execution of a range of both internal and external communications initiatives. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in both internal and external communications. You possess a “get it done” attitude and are comfortable spearheading initiatives from the ground up through execution. This role requires strong interpersonal skills as you will work closely with individuals across all levels of the company.

What You Will Do:

• Tell the story of System1 to inform, engage and inspire a variety of audiences - current employees, prospective employees, investor community & the public at large
• Lead the development of a content strategy for the System1’s corporate blog and social media, including LinkedIn and BuiltIn
• Create materials that amplify our company values, commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion and corporate citizenship 
• Partner with business leadership to identify and secure interviews, conference speaking opportunities & industry awards

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree. Ideally in journalism, English, public relations or another relevant field
• 5-7 years of communications experience working in a similar role and preferably a mix of both internal and external communications
• Proven strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Creativity
• Excellent organizational and planning skills Experience with WordPress and basic graphic design skills using Canva or other software a plus
